Description

The bamboo board is made from flattened strips of bamboo (fewer knife marks). Bamboo is a grass, not wood - 16% harder than maple. The board is environmentally friendly - bamboo grows and replenishes itself very quickly - a renewable resource. The holes through knife blade prevents cheese from sticking.
